2012 Olympic packages available from 25/7/12 to 14/8/12.

You may be travelling from the USA, Canada or some other far flung country for this once in a life time event and you want NO you demand more than a simple bed for the night in some soulless hotel!

Well you will get more, much more in fact, from our trio of properties St. Swithins Cottage, Ashridge Farmhouse & The Manor of Hurst all of which have histories stretching back over, an incredible, half a millennia!

All three of our properties are so close to each other that your group could in fact be very large - we have the capacity to host almost 60 people!

Our closest Olympic event venue is Eton Dorney where the rowing, paralympic rowing and canoe sprint events will be held during the London 2012 Games. It is just over 13 miles away and will take approximately 30 minutes to reach, by car, without having to access any congested motorway!

Dependent on your choice of the 26 sports on offer which are further broken down into 39 disciplines you can use the Olympic website in conjunction with theTrainLine.com, the London Underground (good idea to watch their video in the bottom right hand corner on their "Oyster" card) and ours to identify the best travel options for your party.

Group & Pricing Requirements:

Throughout each of our properties we require a minimum of 10 persons (or financial equivalent thereof) staying for a minimum duration of 5 nights. We will refer to each of these 5 night blocks as a "Period".

These "Periods" will run as follows:

Period 1 - From 25/7/2012 to 30/7/2012
Period 2 - From 30/7/2012 to 4/8/2012
Period 3 - From 4/8/2012 to 9/8/2012
Period 4 - From 9/8/2012 to 14/8/2012

In essence we are inviting offers from interested parties in one or more of the "Periods" above for one or more of our properties based on a rate per head per night of no less than £75.00 which according to our market research and our offer we feel is a very reasonable starting point.

We will endeavour to keep the above table updated in line with whatever the current bids are. Also when we chose to accept a final offer for any particular period then that block will have a "X" in it to indicate that it is no longer available.

So, as can be seen from this table, we are able to offer a total 12 individual blocks of accommodation. Should you wish to bid for one or more of these blocks could you please combine the "Period" number with "SS" for St. Swithins Cottage, "AF" for Ashridge Farmhouse & "MH" for The Manor of Hurst.

For example you may wish to bid for accommodation at The Manor of Hurst for "Period" 3. So in your email you could simply state “Accommodation required for Period 3 MH for 18 persons bidding £105.00.”

We would then understand that bid to equate to 5 (nights) x 18 (people) @ £105.00 (each) = £9,450.00.

We do fully appreciate that our customers will want to firm up their travel and accommodation plans in plenty of time so we propose to end our bidding process on Monday 25th March 2012 a full 1/3 of a year or 4 months ahead of the commencement of London 2012 unless, of course, we receive some compelling offer beforehand!
