Either your host has prearranged dinner for you or you have booked direct via
the link here to The Green Man.
Utilising that exceptional business idiom “if it ain’t broke
don’t fix it” why go anywhere else than to the top of the drive for dinner? There you will find our
“Quintessential” The Green
Man where a reputation for good hearty food at fair prices has been built
over the last decade or so.
The current proprietors are Phil Sanderson, managing the front of house, and
Jack Moody, managing the kitchen.
Here you can relax in front of ancient fireplaces, which have embellished many
a smile on the faces of weary business men or women, and relish the natural
hubbub of local chitter chatter which makes Public Houses like this the envy of
the World! Oh and remember, being at the end of the drive you can “Just
say No” to drink driving and enjoy what an ancient Brakspear
watering hole has to offer.
Both St. Swithins Cottage and The Green Man are gorgeous when looked at
individually but one can honestly utilise that business idiom here viz.
"Synergy" where the whole is more than the sum of its
parts.
