Whether your American or Canadian party is small, just requiring B&B rooms, or you are a large family or group, requiring a whole house, St. Swithins Cottage will fulfil your every need and make all your dreams come true!

The best of the UK welcomes the best of the USA! What's going to be important to you on this major trip to England - now there's a question; well it's not going to be the weather is it?

No, certainly not, we suspect words like History, Pomp, Ceremony, Theatre, Art, Architecture, Lounge - Massive lounge with seating for at least 11. Here you can see a large flat pannel TV complete with live link to the in-house Neuston movie system and hidden in the beams is a fabulous surround sound system which can really rock! Don't worry about being too noisy as no neighbours to disturb and you can hardly hear it outside anyway, even at full volume. Festivals, Museums, Seats of Education and the likes maybe high on your mindset's agenda.
Two More Sumptuous Properties:

Via our Affiliate Program we have increased our property portfolio to now include a trio of magnificent English properties of antiquity!

So that brings us nicely onto introducing your host

A feast of colour, shape and textures! I have endeavoured to put myself in your shoes and if my character is similar to yours I guarantee you will adore it here. I suppose a a good way to start is to tell you a bit about myself and why I came to live here all those years ago and can think of no nicer place to live!!!!

My name is Dean Milroy and I moved into the ancient village of Hurst and St. Swithins House, which is next door to St. Swithins Cottage, in 1990. At that time I worked for a big American IBM competitior and was based in a very local science park. Why did I chose Hurst - almost a bit of luck! But the location from a business perspective is so perfect and therefore from your perspective I have almost done the groundwork for you.

Bizarrely between then and March 2003, when St. Swithins Cottage came into my hands, I also lived for a couple of years in St. Swithins Court, Twyford. So there must be some affinity between me and the Right Honourable Mr. St. Swithins!

Skye - The Master Bedroom with large flat screen TV, complete with live link to the in-house Neuston movie system, hung high up in the oak beams and a surround sound system to blow you away! The Annex is through the arch under the flat screen TV. Both my sons started their education in our village school which won the UK Primary School of the Year award in 1995. They are now continuing their education as polite, caring & thoughtful young gentlemen but it was this village that gave them that springboard in life.

A lot of good memories were created here and its time to let others share those wonderful experiences too and so I offer you the joy, majesty and magic of the ancient St. Swithins Cottage.
