For self-catering larger parties can rent the entire house from £600.00 per night!

Two Nights or More:
Should you wish to hire the entire cottage as Self Catering Accommodation it could be yours for a minimum of £600.00 per night for a two night stay, which includes the first 10 people (being the minimum party size or financial equivalent thereof).

The cottage has a capacity of 18, made up by five double beds, a double sofa bed, one single bed and 5 single mattresses, so if your party requires those additional spaces they are also charged at £60.00 per head per night.

If necessary additional people / bedding can be provided for at £22.50 per person per night (minimum two nights) for the barn / garage room.

Single Night:
If you only require the cottage in its entirety for one night then the rate would be £900.00 for the first 10 people (being the minimum party size or financial equivalent thereof) with additional people at £90.00.

Any additional people / bedding required in the barn / garage room are charged at £45.00.

Please note that this option is only available midweek.

Some can only come for One Night:
If you are a "Hen Party", or similar, you may require a combination of stay options due to the fact that the majority of your "Hens" want to come for both nights but some can only make it for one night. In that scenario, as long as your base group for both nights is 10 "Hens" (being the minimum party size or financial equivalent thereof) or more, then the individual "Hens" pay the single night rate of £90.00.

Hen Party during London 2012 - The Olympics:
Should you be planning a Hen Party during the period between 25/7/2012 to 14/8/2012 then it is £75.00 per head per night based on a minimum of both 2 nights and a party size of 15 or financial equivalent thereof.

London 2012 - The Olympics:

In all of the above scenarios you, obviously, have access to all the property's facilities including cooking and using the dining room.

Please note that during Royal Ascot, Henley Regatta & Henely Festivals there is a 20% uplift on all prices with Xmas and New Year being P.O.A.

Our first partner to join the program is Ashridge Farmhouse, which was formerly commissioned as a Royal Hunting lodge within Windsor Great Park for Queen Elizabeth I back in 1575 and is only 3 miles away from St. Swithins Cottage, as the perfect option to fit all your accommodation needs!

Our second partner to join the program is The Manor of Hurst steeped in history it has the most amazing grounds, including that all important heated swimming pool and Kate Middleton's Hen Party would, certainly, not have been out of place here! Come on Pippa!!!

In addition we can, now, both accommodate you and move you around with our, very own, tailored transport service regardless of the size of your party.

It may be a family wedding close by and you need a rendezvous for close family or a special anniversary with people coming from afar. Whatever it is St. Swithins Cottage could be the right answer to your problem.

So the ladies in the party could cook up a nice roast or rustle up a sizzling breakfast on the gorgeous Aga Rayburn and Aga Companion cookers and then serve it in the lovely "Murray of Atholl" dining room to their gents who have just finished at Bearwood Lakes golf club or indeed vice versa with the ladies just having finished at Nirvana Spa and remember chaps they received a 10% discount by coming from St. Swithins Cottage. Well done girls!

Hey but don't forget we can take all that hassle away from you too with our link to The Green Man where as long as your party is six or more they will be happy to give you a cracking Full English Breakfast (to include bacon, sausage, egg, beans, mushrooms & grilled tomato and served with a choice of either tea or coffee & toast) served on any morning to suit at £5.00 per person. Please note that breakfasts have to be paid for in full in advance by credit or debit card when contacting The Green Man.

Also via utilising their Cellar Bar you can have your own Private Dining experience where even individual menus are a possibility dependent on the size of your party.

Where large groups are concerned we seem to be becomming quite a favourite for the more sophisticated and slightly more refined Hen Party.

And don't worry if your party is bigger than can be accommodated in the main house as there always is the vast St. Swithins Barn that could also be utilised as long as it's not winter.

St. Swithins Barn is located just 100 yards from the house and it somewhere that kids just love!

It has a toilet and washroom, shower room, cinema & TV (both connected to my media system where I have hundreds if not thousands of movies - they won't get bored!), WiFi network, a bar and literally tons of space.

Behind the St. Swithins Barn is a large American climbing frame and a button rope swing and in front of it are some military vehicles including a tank which always attracts the interest of young boys? Then in St. Swithins Paddock you usually find some horses so any young girls are not to feel left out!
