TESTIMONIAL
The following gallery is a pictorial guide, taken and annotated by a guest, of the boundless visual treasures and open spaces right on the door step of St. Swithins Cottage.
Explore and enjoy - I, the owner of St. Swithins Cottage and author of this website, certainly did.

A field in England. We’re here in a cottage twenty minutes from the studio where we will be filming. Parts of the house are 500 years old. In England that’s a selling point. “And this is the long drop, it’s a good 500 years old.” The first thing we did when we arrived was make a big pot of lemony chickpea soup. The jet lag feels like a spell of some kind, like a bewitchment. The soup is a magic broth that will hopefully return us to life.
The road out of Hurst on the way to Heathrow. Actually, I’m posting this at Changi Airport transiting to Auckland. Were we ever even in Hurst? Love hurst, as they say.
